He knows where he belongs. Personally, I think he's just been stoned for all this time. He'll be back when he gets the munchies bad enough.

Of course, he could be in hospital, or have been foreclosed on and is now living as a homeless bum, or he could be in jail and sharing a cell with Shame, or be so business with his election campaign that he just can't get away, or be pounding sand down some frackin' hole, or be shacked up with some some floozie.
