A while back gnu asked about my kitchen. I baked a lot over the days we were icebound (since the power stayed on!) Cranberry nut bread, zucchini bread, bread bread, and yesterday I baked an acorn squash (cut in half, remove seeds, put a smear of olive oil on the foil in the shallow pan, place the two halves open side down). Bake for about 1 hours at 400^o. Mmmmmmm!

As fer the dogs, one of them was just a bit too doggie-smelling and yesterday I finally put him in the tub and gave him a thorough scrub down. He's so much sweeter to be around now.
