The Hook Norton Brewery in Oxfordshire serve a Mild - 2.9% only and very drinkable.
I have heard however that it is very difficult to keep correctly, so it may not be available in all their pubs. However, if you are in Hook Norton, go to the Pear Tree which is at the beginning of Brewery Lane and I am sure John will have it on tap!!
