To attempt to take a picture of a woman nursing her baby without that woman's permission, especially if the woman has told the picture-taker to go away, is a crime. It would be a crime if someone did it to me, and the last baby I nursed I was holding a bottle (not being built to do otherwise).

Taking pictures of children without their parents' permission is not just creepy, it could be illegal if the pictures are used in any way. There's a good reason that photographers use forms for taking kids' pictures! Family members, sure -- but not strangers.

Let the Feds deal with it.
