In UK, if the creep was asked to go away by the nursing mother and continued annoying her, that's harassment, and the Police could be asked to intervene. Also, here anyone present at a school or nursery event, (eg Nativity play, choral evening, or even during playtime etc) is absolutely forbidden to take photos of the children unless written permission has been gained from all the parents whose children attend. I reckon once the Police had been asked to deal with the scumbag, they'd have known what his game was and would have taken investigations further, including having a look at his computer. They're not daft and know the type. But I fully agree that your priority was your family and protecting them first and foremost.
