Subject: RE: Lyr Add: Sister Celestine -- song, abuse in NI
through the 70s...keep reading abuse tracker..every catholic should read it and also every Salvation Army member, Jew, evangelical, Morman etc. etc. They are studying Northern Ireland now and it is, as I thought, unbelievably bad. Salvation Army in Australia same thing. Other denominations, daily reports.

I had mean nuns in high school but nice ones in grade school...nice ones were St. Joseph of Newark and many were from Ireland as we were a mission parish of Ireland. The pathological brutality that is emerging from Northern Ireland is almost beyond belief. And it was nuns..so never give women a free ride when it comes to them being non-abusers.

This nun's name was Anne Boyle or O'Boyle originally. She was in love with a man called Jim McCann but a dowry situation and a poverty background made her become a nun...(she is not real)...You had some of these mother superiors who overruled the pope, Jesus, St. Patrick etc...and somewhat simple-minded nuns etc. could get caught up in their pathology, or become mother superiors themselves. I am not sure what the ms made her do, but it was awful.
