If you know of an outstanding music teacher, his students applied for him. They do it by open nomination. I guess they had 41,000 nominations and our teacher won. The teacher got the grammy, 10K for him and 10K for the district so it is an open nomination process to a teacher you really like, go online and look I know on youtube there was something posted also
