As to what Griska said, It is not up to punish other forum members unless we can do it without being unkind, impolite argumentative or snooty. I think that it might be easier to pass a camel through the eye of a needle.

Our real choices are to point out their behavior and hope that they comply, to ignore them, or in this case, not read a whole lot into their motives when they are not actually trolling.

How about we give them the benefit of the doubt and only complain when they are actually doing something wrong?
