The windrow is about 8" at the crest. I just might take a pic and send it to Peter Coade and his weather terrorist-in-training, 'Wailin' Kalin Mitchel. Kalin can spew the forecast for every village in NA in a 5 minute segment.

BTW, Mum actually has developed a strategy for combatting her apprehensions... when Kalin comes on the TV, she turns the channel.

I am just happy that we got the fifth 'storm that wasn't' this season. But wait! Another disturbance in the force, a double-whammy, if you will, a one-two punch, is on the way for Saturday and Jonna will bring us all the details in the next hour when she talks with Peter Coade if he made it into work with all the snow and ice pellets and freezing rain and rain and wind that made driving conditions so treacherous and there will be a rerport on power outages and she will be checking with the Emergency Measures Organization to bring us up to speed on any flooding that may have occured and she'll also go over a list of cancellations so stay tuned... and FREAK OUT FOR NO FUCKING REASON!!!
