Talking about camouflage, it's supposed to stop you being noticed. Camouflage on a street is the the same stuff other people wear on the street. If you were lurking round a school you'd want to look like a parent, or a teacher.

It always strikes me as weird when you see pictures of soldiers on duty on street corners in troubled places dressed up in stuff designed for jungles that makes it impossible not to spot them. And that gets referred to as "camouflage."
