I do this... it's $100. They offer $50. I say I will take $150. They say I asked $100!!! I say no, I asked $150 but I will take $125 and I have to pee so get your money out or leave cause I gotta go. And I start to go in the house and point to the video camera in the window and say... smile on your way out. I sometimes don't get my asking but I never waste my time.
