Telecommunications have come a LONG way. We didn't even have a phone until I was 9 years old because my old man grew up without one and he didn't care for them. "Good news and bad news travel at the same speed. Besides, all the neighbours have one if there is an emergency." Now, most people have TV and internUt and I appreciate my neighbours... from Germany to Iceland to UK to NA. Thanks.
