I am SO very sorry ZM. when you're under the cosh -its no fun. at the moment Denise is going through tough times with her rheumatoid arthritis.

at times like this, we just have to cling to all the stuff that cheers us up, and wait for the doctor to find stuff that turns a few keys. is there an arthritis support group in your area? denise used to run one in Mansfield. several of our best mates had lupus. as someone said - its a very up and down business....
we had so many pals in the same boat. we still chat to them on the phone, even though we moved away from the area four years back.
