I have to admit every time I see this thread I want to post something along the lines of "Is your oven big enough? Most people would settle for a ham or a turkey"

But I won't. Not even though I have now spent days wpndering what kind of dressing one would use with hippo. I would think Water chessnuts would have to be in it somewhere. And how do you season a hippo?
