I just googled "folk21" and got a couple of screenfuls of results all purporting to be it.

I can see why Dick got confused. Me too. I can't be bothered figuring out which of that bunch of independent websites, Wordpress blogs, subpages of portals, Facebook pages and whatnot is the one I really ought to be looking at if I want to find out what the organization is (if it is in fact an organization at all).

However it looks like it might be in Dick's financial interest to find out. I'm not making any money from this scene so I don't need to care.

Suggestion: start a folk21 Wikipedia page. Everybody knows what Wikipedia pages are for and how to read them.
