You will not find any post of mine that directs that word to anyone. I may or may not have quoted someone else's use of it, can't remember, but even that would be a rarity. I don't use that word online because (a) I don't need to, and (b) because I post under my real name. And I take it from your comment about Big Mick's feelings that you have had it, privately, from the horse's mouth, as he has not commented publicly to that effect here, though he may well wish to, I suppose, if he reads this (but I care not a jot about what he might do).
