Hey Nutty, a few pounds are much easier to lose than a tumor! I have been through this before, your normal appetites will return! Be patient! Smoking is awful, look for what is great in life...like making music! Do something new to celibrate, get an octave mandolin! Pan-pipes? Music can make this much easier.
