I just listened to a recording of George Formby singing THE JOO-JAH TREE at YouTube. The lyrics posted by GUEST,999 above are exactly right—except for the spelling. (Curiously, whoever posted the recording at YouTube also spelled it THE JOO-JAR TREE, but to these American ears, it certainly sounds like he's singing "Joo-Jah". Your results may differ.)
