Yes , I believe that there was an RAF base in Iceland in WW2
We occupied the country on 10 May 1940. The USA took over the occupation in 1941.

not long ago the US left Iceland the Airforce gave up his base in
Kelfavík Airport ,
now you want to take Iceland , well its either US , China or Russia ...
so you can guess what we want up here in the North Atlantic ..

Yes my home town in Vestmann Island went hard in 1973 when it erupted ,
and yes we have another volcano waiting to erupt , Hekla , Katla , Vatnajökull -Glacier ...there are about 5 volcano in the Glacier .

so take Iceland make a star in your flag , its either you or them ..
