New Year's Eve Afternoon--going to a session at friends about 30 miles north. Come home early----and sober. Don't want to drive that far on (possibly) bad roads at midnight. Stay home, see what the Cat is doing, go to bed early. Who cares about the ball falling, anyway? (Well, I know spaw cares about his balls falling, but........he'll have to deal with that alone.)
