BOOM!

I just figured out my BMR (Base Metabolic Rate) is 1483.25
So, assuming I got this with no fries and a diet Coke, and just sat on my ass all day, I could eat 2.12 of them a day and not gain weight. As there are about 3500 calories in a pound of fat, and if I ate three of them a day:
2100 cal - 1483.24 cal =616.76 extra calories per day
So that adds 1 pound every 5.67 days, or 5.29 pounds a month.

Of course, walking to the car and the bathroom burns a few more calories, and one occasionally has to have some ice cream. But there also would be inevitable trips to the store to buy toilet paper, antacids, and larger size clothing at WamLart from employees making statrvation widges who can't afford buying these burgers and so would all be skeletons, unlike the people who shop there.

Except this is all wrong, because the burger (according to McD's) has 760 calories and 39 grams of fat. That's a whole 20 calories fewer than originally mentioned. I'm too tired to recalculate all of the above. The last time I got one of these, maybe a year ago, I remember thinking "Wow, there really IS such a thing as "too much mayonnaise"!

Let's not even talk about the sodium...
