Peter T's guitar lesson stretched into several hours tonight as we discussed this whole question. I'd forgotten that he'd spent quite a bit of time living in the States .

But for the ultimate thread creep.....he gave me one of the best Christmas presents i've received in many a moon. A CD of a HOUSE CONCERT Leadbelly gave in Minnesota in 1948!
