Pat Sky has a funny spoof on this on his classic "Songs That Made America Famous." The gist of it is that he starts to record the song with the above lyrics, gets told he can't use "that word," tries various other terms as a substitute, gets told he can't use them either, and finally gives up and sings "If you wants to make a Polack feel good...."
