Oh. Yes. Monte Cristo!!

Tip: mayo makes an even better spread than butter (unless you like all that running down your fingers, then stick with it!).

It doesn't take much; a tablespoon is more than enough, spread thinly on both slices of bread, then grill. It becomes ONE with the bread, crispy-not-greasy. Homemade flavored even more amazing.
