Sorry, SRS, but you are wrong. I used to work in a cheese shop in a mall, which is where I came to appreciate double Gloucester and other really good cheeses.

A good double Gloucester goes well with bacon and tomato on rye for grilled cheese, as does an aged cheddar or gruyere.
