I've managed to lure the rain into the area. We hear thunder and have got a few fat raindrops. The radar says most of the activity is still in the next county to our west. I had one last outdoor chore before the weather - I have a long branch trimmer to trim some of the branches on the vitex in the front yard. I'm seeing ants in the house and I think they were climbing the vitex and coming in the attic vents. It's that time of year.

I was outside more than I expected to be today and could make up for some of the things I need to do this evening, but Susie called to invite me out to dinner. She's wanting something mild so we'll head over to a French restaurant with a mix of mild and rich to choose from. I'm craving some of their French onion soup. We'll go out around 7 and by then the storm may have passed.

Several watchers on the eBay items, and I'll keep listing more. I need to look around and get a little more variety. It's mostly just antique doll house furniture now.
