The UK has a population about 5 times the size of the UK's: that means the mortality rate because of this 2nd Amendment is 150 times as high, grosso-modo. It means 30000 families have been mourning someone gone before their time, and all the consequences.
So, if you can't control the guns, control the bullets. That you can do. And unless you do so, you have no claim to any any moral authority over the rest of the world.
