The United States Supreme Court cannot decide what the second admendment determines legal ownership. It makes my heart smile that you foreign guys have it all figured out. However the laws remain in the hands of the states. They determine that right some are very lacks indeed some are very restrictive as in my state but to date we have no federal standards except for automatic weapons.
