Luckily for those of us for whom a pendulum swingeth, mine hath swung in the right direction... at least I am blessed with a bipolar disorder, and if I can "wait it out" it WILL get better...
I really feel for those with just plain depression, for whom often waiting brings no relief. I'll take my particular burden.
