From now until mid January, every weekend will be leaves, leaves, leaves. Largish town lot full of trees, mostly oak, which take their time falling. If I lived in the country I would leave them alone and let the land slowly revert to woodland again. Town or country, this is a heavy mast year, and it is hard to walk anywhere without feeling like one is on roller skates with all the acorns underfoot. Need a hard hat (really!) to walk out when the wind is blowing.

I'm fortunate. Since my son moved out and is not available to help I save enough on the food bill to pay some one to come every other week to assist:>)
