Thread Name: Suggestions on Senior exercise CDs
Subject: Suggestions on Senior exercise CDs
This is for 80 & 90 year-olds who are not that mobile.
The drop-in centre I visit occasionally are very kind to me and allow me to record some of their visitors telling stories about the Town when they "wus young".

Their exercise cassette (remember them?) is also showing its age and they asked me to transcribe it to CD. I thought buy them a new CD. Ha!
Naively - it would be a simple case of 5 minutes' happytapping and Amaizin/Ebygum would throw a million possibilities at me.
Hours later I thought - Mudcat would know. So:

Any ideas? On easy listening rhythmical music designed for exercises in a chair. Mostly hands and feet, bit of leg and probably a nod of the head. Youtube is not very encouraging, plenty of video I could get the audio from but nothing looks close.

I am imagining a cross between slow James Last and Val Doonican edging perilously close to elevator. Hopefully targeted at the application.

TIA
