It's quiet lately - is everyone sleeping off the rush of sugar from the leftover Halloween candy? I didn't do trick or treat here, but they had cakes and pies at work on Friday, so I got a dose. No one came around the neighborhood this year, just as well since the dogs were out in the back yard (I got home late). Neighbors later told me that no one came by. I think the attraction of a "fair" down at the fire hall keeps most of the traffic out of our wooded neighborhood full of tripping hazards.
