After some shopping online, it looks like Sears does a lot of free delivery - depending on the final price. I had already called a friend and asked him to help, and I think the difference between letting Sears deliver it free and having Antonio pick it up in his pickup is that I can get it this weekend, not have to set aside a block of time in the next week or two for the delivery.

I recycled some e-waste that came out of Susie's garage last weekend. She still has a very large CRT television out there - I think next weekend we need to take screwdrivers and pliers to it and dismantle it and put it at the curb in pieces. That will clear up a lot of room for her.

eBay and UPS still aren't linked yet, I check every morning. Once they are I'll save $30 on shipping the chandelier - why would UPS take so long to make the connection? I need to call them later today and urge them to move faster. I want that huge box out of my house ASAP. This delay blows my perfect eBay record for shipping the next day.
