Can't really say much. Mostly answering phones and holding down the fort when the brokers are out. Also helping with the organizational tasks that Sandy and the others are too busy selling real estate to get accomplished (especially if they keep getting interrupted by the phone).

I've known Sandy since I did all the production and advertising sales at The Real Estate Guiide. She was one of my advertisers. And I used to have a broker's license in Massachusetts, though I never used it. So I'm not a total stranger to real estate and, because of my graphics background, I'm more computer savvy than most real estate brokers. Plus I can help with ads, etc , because of my graphics background (with experience specific to real estate). Basically, I've got more skills for her purposes than the average administrative assistant out there. Plus Sandy wants me to help get her better organized. She doesn't really know what exactly she needs, but she knows I can hep her and she's willing to pay me to do it. I don't think I'll have any trouble getting her to communicate what her expectations are, and I don't think I'll have any trouble meeting those expectations.

Plus it's six miles away -- practically next door. And both flexible and informal. And she can give me advice while I'm trying to sell some acreage to a local conservation outfit and later trying to get a reverse mortgage.
