Sounds good - and sounds like something that might even allow some telecommuting if the weather is frightful! It also sounds like this woman is savvy enough to recognize the changes/improvements you'll be able to make.

I applied for another job on campus this evening. It has been open for about three weeks - they need to stay open at least 5 business days. Longer means they haven't gotten the candidates they're looking for yet. Fingers crossed this one closes soon now!
