I use something similar and never need an oven for myself. I do most of my cooking at work and it just sits on the counter. Food turns out very nicely in it. Mine would hold a roast chicken, a pie plate, cake pan etc. I have a very inexpensive one now..around $30 from Amazon..works well. And you don't need the 220 wiring either.
