they are especially nice for bacon. Also, you can do this in regular oven as well, but just put your frozen food on the rack and it cooks very nicely. No need to thaw. Also you can keep an eye on things since the cover or the bowl will be clear.

I am tending more and more toward minimalism. Today I will call the local thrift store and see if they can pick up a folding table, a flourescent lamp and an exercise machine and if I have time I will go through all my shoes. I tend to keep old hiking boots for the inevitable tsunami but they will just end up floating on the tide so I might as well just let them go now.
