I use a toaster oven for a great deal of stuff. I was actually looking at new ones at CT the other day. They were called convection ovens (I never realized that before?) and were only about $40. I used the stove oven recently because it helps heat the house, now that cold weather has set in. I did both the roast and an acorn squash for later. Then Michelle caused me to realize I can do the roast in the crock pot. a terrifically good idea. But not for squash so how? I may even bite the bullet and buy a new larger toaster/convection oven. Maybe.

Yesterday, again I never got to pot. Today is not looking good either. I did check the outlets in the K; there is only one circuit for the entire K! It's time to start making a reno list: Cabinets closed to the ceiling - I hate that dust catcher when there is an open space - to put pretty things on - to catch dust! At least 3 circuits for the K. What else...?

I ended up taking a hot bath yesterday and another early this morning. I feel better but cannot get myself upstairs. I still have two working hours available...
