Just got back and it is 5:13 and DARK! But the kiln is loaded and ready to turn on! YAY! I did something.
Oh, the garden: I did go and, of course peppers are totally caput. I picked the last few hot peppers. They are so hot, I am afraid to use them! There were some bits of broccoli which I picked and threw in today's veggie pot. One cauliflower was beautiful a week or two ago. Now it is over the hill. That was the only one of a dozen that turned into a real cauliflower. Maybe I will have the energy to do better next year.
