Gallbladder ultrasound was ydy. It was fun-- seeing the whole contents of the ab cavity plus kidneys. While she scanned the tech and I had a hoot talking abt how church really works. I love answering church questions.

Ydy was also The Return of Amber and Justin, the housecleaning couple we must have known well in a parallel universe. We took apart my Supercloset (I got pix first), because I needed its bookshelf in the LR against the first wallful of birds Hardy has painted out for me while I was in Ohio. It replaced a desk I loved so much, which had to go because i just couldn't find a place for it in Ohio. It (and a headboard-sized shelf that'll fit on top) went to a friend of theirs they've been digging out. Perfect craft table for her.

To replace it for my continuing studies, I brought down a small folding tv stand thingie you've probably seen on tv. Tilt top, slides under chair. Adjustable height, in clean white. The bookshelf happily swallowed up all my winter books. The whole end of the room glows, cuz Amber cleans when no one is looking. ;-)

I also packed up the still-clean linens I use to dress the main floor for company. Thet went into the clear zip bag a comforter had come in and were easily stowed where I'll see them daily and can quickly deploy them (guest towels, etc).

The comforter that came in it is what I picked out for Hardi to replace a pretty but green roll up shade he'd made for the bay window. Matches paint. The green one goes to Ohio where it will solve several issues and fit without alterations.

In Supercloset will now go a shoe rack. Half the clothes, shoes, and handbags that had been in the shelf are now packed for Ohio. The LR is very close to winterized/done.

Amber and Justin are now scheduled to be here twice a month except during Advent and Lent. When I'm here I'm on Boss Amber's team. When I'm in Ohio they will help nicen up the place for Hardi and keep up witj dog hair.
