I think we should do away with congressional salaries and put 'em on straight commission. Pass some good legislation, get paid. Waste taxpayers' money by repeatedly investigating Benghazi, trying to repeal Obamacare, or impeaching a President for lying about a blowjob, not only do you not get paid, but you have to reimburse the treasury out of your own bank account.
