City:
Trees: Saw cut ones for $20. No live ones. Bought a Norfolk Island Pine about 3 feet high for $20 and hope I can keep it alive this time. I think I bought last year's on a COLD day, along with a couple other plants - all died. Today was mild. I even bought a small string of LED lights for it. R was really pleased.

Yesterday's endeavour was still in progress when R came home for supper about 6:30. He pitched in and finished cleaning up the remainder of Igor's nesting. I believe several boxes of tissues were under the love seat and antique table! I put on protective mask before disturbing any dust. Dusted, swept, R took down the once off-white drapes in the bay window, removed the love seat today and the exer-cycle ( I gave up on the style of it). Drapes are washed and ready to go back up. We went out for supper so the dust could settle. To be continued.

Today I went to the mill to receive my fifth (pottery) wheel, bought a while ago. I met the vendor at the new auction "palace". WOW, what a great addition to the town. After getting the wheel into the mill, I drove back to the city - took almost 5 hours as I took my time and stopped in various stores, picking up a number of useful items, including slippers with good soles so I don't slip again this winter.

A few more items will be leaving the LR as R has time but, for now, it feels lighter!
