I really and truly feel in electronics hell this morning. I charged my cell phone last night and this morning it won't turn on.

Yesterday when my "new" (to me) laptop was delivered and I was getting the short course, we discovered that there's something wrong with my HP6400 printer -- it won't turn on. It was fine until I unplugged it from the computer (which is still in the shop). We tried plugging it in to another outlet, this time on the UPS. Still no go. Power light is on on the UPS...and that's where I charged the cell. Is this some sort of weird coincidence? That's where the computer had been plugged in when it, all of a sudden, couldn't turn on.

Also on the electrical note is my two bathroom outlets, after being "out" (the little lights on them, at least) came back on day before yesterday for no apparent reason. I left a message for my electrician who had been flummoxed as to why they were out.

I thought back in the middle of September that all the household repairs, etc. were taken care of and I was in decent shape. Now I'm totally up in the air.

Yesterday when the weather was in the 60s (!!!) I got the stakes around the turnaround and reflector stakes at the head of the driveway so my plow guy won't destroy my hosta bed. I just found out tomorrow we're supposed to get 4-6" of snow... I still have a couple planters on the deck that haven't been winterized, and stuff that's closer down the hill to the cellar door, but not yet actually IN the cellar. And I have to go to work...

I think I'm more stressed right now than I've ever been. I'm sure that's been the cause of my gastric distress of the past couple weeks.

Despite my life being up in the air, I hope I can get Sandy's day organized...
