The central heating has been coming on more frequently now - enough to heat up the radiators to a heat useful enough to dry off the washing. The conservatory is now too cold and damp for complete drying of clothes. I've had to bring the washing into the house and hang it for some time to dry it in the past few weeks.

The outside temperatures have been dropping and today was quite fresh. I've been putting on an extra layer for some time, but I think that stockings or long socks will be required before long, in order to be comfortable.
