Congratulations, Charmion. There is no end to what one woman can do if she chooses to believe. And is determined in the face of incompetent service people.

Today is good. I woke up this morning thinking about how to make myself feel better - a schedule for sticking to taking those supplements that help AND set alarms on my cell phone to remind me! R left before BF so I went for a hot bath - and was able to get out of the tub reasonably for the first time in a couple years? Then my BF and remembered to add in apple pectin; also good for aches of arthritis but has to be taken with food because I bought the powder and it is not tasty so I hide it in something - today some of my stewed apples.

I have finished the emails, BF, read a while/finished book, made a schedule, set alarms on phone. I doubt I shall see a new TV as R had a meeting at 8 am. I sit here looking at the room for further improvement. I have not had to go to bed to recover from bath so, having given myself a 3 hour recovery time, I am going to walk over to the library and the closest grocery. And move the car to the Friday side of the street.
