The TS2 dvd has been out for a few months now (as has the latest - series 6).
And the original pair of TS2 cds (long unavailable) has recently been remastered, and repackaged into an expanded 3-volume set complete with an extra 17 tracks! Irresistible..
It's a magnificent franchise, and contains some highly treasurable individual performances as well as some consistently brilliant ensemble work. It's all too easy to take this kind of excellence for granted these days, but these Sessions really do refresh the parts... with their genuine feelgood spirit that cuts right through to the viewer/listener.
Every single release in the series (dvd and cd alike) is worth your investment. And by the way, some of the cds also contain bonus tracks of equivalent quality. Many hours of pleasure guaranteed!
