I decided against the dance class this morning - too much stuff to do - but I have the practice music now and will work with that.

I'm thinking about moving furniture. Big pieces, things I have to empty to move. It feels like time to streamline a few rooms.

Yard work on the list today - enough leaves have pile up that I need to mulch again. I am daily glad that a few weeks ago I built the fence thing on the dog stall in the garage - I can now open the big door and go get the mower without having to put Zeke in the kennel first, meaning there are a lot fewer steps involved in a large number of tasks.

I'm down a couple of more pounds, so mulching with the mower today is a good way to keep up the exercise and continue the weight loss. Next week is going to be one for the calories at work, I'll pace myself, and try to not let myself get hooked on sugar again.
