YAY! SRS you broke 160! I am hoping I might have but sometimes it seems that, even though I think I am not eating much...

Yesterday, we had a quick BF, went to pick up the bubble wrap - two big armloads! Then went to Quaker meeting; it was great to visit with people after meeting, over tea and snacks. A friend of about 40 years, our two sons(each) are about the same ages and we were single moms in the 70s. She had a good job as a librarian and stayed put in Montreal while I rolled all over the map. He one son has pancreatic cancer; what do you say? I feel so fortunate. I want to phone her ---- and do not want to/know what to say... She is almost 80 and getting frail. Once a Raging Granny, she says her activist days are over. Now this.

I drove R back to his vehicle and went grocery shopping and picked up that great apple juice at the Market and some reduced fancy cheeses. Then home for a snack and computer. R came home before 8 and we watched Home Alone - much enjoyed! I love to see a child showing power and initiative and creativity - yes it is a movie but it shows kids that a kid can do. I gave R custody of the computer and he fell asleep in the middle of the news (10:30) so BED!

Late getting up - after 9;I wonder if we have sleeping sickness. For him, it is not wanting to get up and face the day. He worked all weekend and is still at, or back to, square one due to the snow conditions. As we got ready for BF, the man from the Pizza across the street knocked on the door to tell us my car was in jeopardy re snow removal so R moved it while I made BF. After he left, I assessed the day and decided to take a hot bath then, after recovery, go to fetch my homeopathic.

After the bath and a short time in bed, I felt good and put the bedding in the laundry and had lunch, went off to get the pills and returned in time for R to pop in looking for good clothes so he and a lawyer friend could go work on a banking problem. As I was giving him fresh clothes, A shadow at the front door! A good looking, well dressed man - his friend had to be invited into our maelstrom. As I mentioned just returning from getting homeopathic med, we had a great conversation about environmental sensitivity and alternative healthcare. What a delight to meet someone who is on same wave length!

Off they went I am am here. Second load of laundry is in, a couple nice blouses are found and ready to be ironed - now that I know where the iron and board are! The iron parches got done yesterday. I sorted out some of clothes this morning and feel I may get more done today. Break time right now.
