When I used to shop in upscale stores (60s), I found that I was a 12 at Sears and a 6/8/10 in the more expensive clothes. I tried on a 6 and it hung on me! I figured those who could afford high priced clothes were being coddled.

My cough is back. I hope the homeopathic I picked up yesterday, after a week without it, will get it back under control. At least I did not cough all night last night but most of today. Feeling OK but not terrific. Mostly resting today. Hot bath about 11 am and then quiet time but did not need to go to bed. Trying to keep the eating down the last while but today I "needed" more; after a bowl of broccoli, a cheese bun topped with cheese and salsa and toasted finally settled me down. That was lunch. Now....

Made a pot of stewed apples, moved car - and that is about all. Internet, reading, news, Big Bang... brief visit with neighbour, consult with Vanessa re pottery and the dreadful state of the parking lot at the mill - knee high frozen snow. Phoned R to inform; he needs to get someone with heavy equipment to clear it.
