But anyway, I agree with ya, Dick. And to Simon: if you want a good discussion, you need people, and to attract people, you probably have to offer more than just a board. Most people came to Mudcat for the database. Is there something you can put on your site to attract folkies? Information on midi setup? On music software, shareware, and freeware? Recommended albums? A specialized collection of links? Concert schedules? In general, resources for folkies are more attractive than a bare board.
